Thank you for shopping with M2 The Machemehl Method®, we are honored to be a part of your health goals! The following are our Return/Refund policies:

If you want to change or cancel an order:
The moment your order is submitted online, it is immediately routed to our fulfillment center for preparation for the fastest shipping possible. For this reason, we may not be able to accept all changes to an order once it’s been placed. If you need assistance after placing an order, contact us immediately.

If you receive the wrong items in your order:
If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, we will replace them at our expense. Please document the incorrect items and contact us immediately for return instructions.

If you receive damaged items in your order:
We are unfortunately unable to be held accountable for damage to our products caused by 3rd party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS and you must file a claim with the carrier. We will aid in this process as we are able.

General Return Policy

  1. This policy applies to items purchased on our Shopify store only.
  2. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund.
  4. Items may be opened and used.
  5. All returns carry a 5% processing fee to cover our merchant costs.
  6. Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders may be combined and returned in one parcel at our discretion.
  7. A refund will be processed once the package has been received at M2 The Machemehl Method.
  8. The $9.97 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. You may elect to ship the return back at your expense with your preferred carrier.

M2 The Machemehl Method reserves the right to refuse refunds we deem unreasonable, or abusive of our policy.

FAQ

  1. How long do I have before making a return?
    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee to give our customers the opportunity to try our formulas. You have a full 30 days to return a purchased item from the date of purchase.
  2. Do I have to pay for shipping?
    M2 The Machemehl Method will provide a shipping label upon request for all orders shipped within the U.S. and the shipping label will be sent to you via email.  This will incur a $9.97 return shipping fee for all US returns.
    International customers are responsible for paying return postage with their carrier of choice.
  3. How do I make a return?

  4. Refund timing?
    The refund process may take up to 3-5 business days once received, depending on your payment processor.
    Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
  5. How do I find my return label?
    We will email the return label within 2 business days after submitting your request.
  6. Can I return an opened item?
    Yes, you can return an opened/used item(s) for a refund (minus shipping).
    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. In certain situations descriptions and/or photos may be required.
  7. Do refunds go back onto the original form of payment?
    All refunds will go back onto the original form of payment, if this is no longer a valid form of payment, we will be able to issue a giftcard to the M2 The Machemehl Method web store. We are not able to submit your refund to a different credit or debit card.
  8. Is a return of the item required?
    Yes, we do require a physical return for a refund of the purchase.

Test Kits Return Policy

If your test kit order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  1. If you've purchased a test kit from us and would like to return your order, simply do so within 30 days. The test kit must be sealed and none of its contents used. Please include a note with your name, contact information, and reason for return in the box. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the test kit is received by M² Institute and in its original “sealed” packaging and the contents of the test kits are confirmed not to have been used, a refund will be made, less 5% processing fee to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
  2. Test kit orders over 30 days old are not eligible for a refund.
  3. You will have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your kit. We cannot guarantee kits older than twelve months will still be valid for testing.  Using kits over 12 months old may result in recollection, shipping and/or other fees.

International Return Policy

We do not accept returns on internationally shipped orders. All international sales are final.
