Olivirex® contains the highest potency USP grade olive leaf extract available, 18-24% oleuropein which has been shown to have antimicrobial activity against a variety of viruses, bacteria, yeasts and fungi.* The synergistic blend of additional botanicals assist detoxification, which is helpful in decreasing die-off or Herxheimer reaction. The addition of allicin, the main antimicrobial constituent of garlic and goldenseal, an abundant source of berberine are known for their antibacterial activity against a wide variety of bacteria. Olivirex® is often combined with Biocidin® as botanical support for SIBO where methane-producing bacteria are found.
