Holiday Notice
Office Closure
Our office will be closed beginning Monday, December 23rd at 1:00 PM and will reopen for regular business hours on Friday, January 2nd.
Shipping Schedule
We will not be shipping on December 24, 25, 31, or January 1.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM on open business days (excluding dates above) will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the next open business day.
Due to the holiday season, transit times may be affected and delays may occur.
Lab Processing Schedule
The lab will continue receiving samples during this closure period and will securely store them.
No processing of samples will occur from December 24 through January 2.
Samples received during this time will be safely frozen; however, please expect delays in reporting results.
